You live in our authentic Chilenean country house, what used to be the main building of the hacienda. We have redesigned it as a guest house, and with its romantic grapevine covered porch, its garden, its corrals and stables and pasture, it lies slightly elevated overlooking the village without being totally secluded. Be it for a family, a lively group or adventure seeking individuals of any kind, be it for rest & relaxation or a romantic getaway – our “Casa Azul” with its large, tall rooms fits any agenda. It has 3 separate units that can be rented individually or combined. All have their own bathroom facilities and are ideal for 2-3 persons. A large kitchen, dining room and living quarters are also at your disposal. You decide if there are any more services that you would like to book. You could – for example – see to your “own” horse, with a number of interesting excursions and day trips to choose from (next shopping facilities are 10 minutes away by horse or bicycle). How about seeing a rodeo, a market, a local horse race? You could take the train to the Pacific coast, or taste wines at an old winery, or go swimming and fishing in the nearby lakes and streams, or visit local thanksgiving festivities at a neighbouring village. Whatever your fancies, we’ll be happy to assist you with advice and insider tips.

1 person per week: 70 € ; per day: 12 €
Double room per week: 120 €; per day: 20 €
The whole house per week: 250 €; per day: 45 €

Transportation, fares and currency:
Public transportation from Santiago de Chile airport to the Rari Valley (ca. 300 km) costs 23 € by bus or train. There are good & simple connections to Linares. In Linares we pick you up free of charge. Details upon booking.

If you prefer a private pick up from the airport, we can arrange for that too, the rate being 230 € for a max. of 4 persons. Each additional person costs 35 €

The price for an airline ticket from Europe to Chile varies, depending on season and carrier, the average rates being between 935-1500 €. Flight connections available upon request.

A good restaurant dinner with wine and desert can be had for about 15 €.
The local currency is the Chilenean Pesos. Currency exchange facilities are available at the airport in Santiago. Traveller checks are only taken in Santiago. Visa & MasterCards can be used at a few stores in Linares. Out in the country only cash is acceptable.
