About our horses & riding experience

Our horses are experienced Andes travellers. The pure Chilenean breed is 140-145 cm tall. However, there are many crossbreeds around, mostly with Arab and English blood. Most of our own horses are crossbreeds with a usual height of over 150 cm.

When booking a 14-day holiday package we presume you have riding experience. If you don’t, make sure you arrive here one week prior to trek begin and we’ll give you a crash course in horseback riding. For details about these preparations and rates, please contact us.
